用雄性家兔进行实验。预先在麻醉条件下行灭菌手术,结扎肝胆管、安装胆总管套管和十二指肠套管。实验时可将流出的胆汁经十二指肠套管送回小肠腔。实验后将两套管的体外端用硅胶管连通,使胆汁自然流回十二指肠。 本实验观察了TRH对肝胆汁流量的影响。实验结果表明,静脉内灌注(10分钟)TRH后,肝胆汁分泌量明显减少。一般在开始灌流TRH后20分钟,肝胆汁流量即开
Experiment with male rabbits. Sterilization surgery under anesthesia in advance, ligation of the bile duct, the installation of common bile duct and duodenal casing. Experiment can be out of the bile by duodenal casing back to the small intestine cavity. After the experiment, the two sets of tubes were connected to the outside of the body by a silicone tube so that the bile naturally flowed back into the duodenum. This experiment observed the impact of TRH on liver and bile flow. Experimental results show that, after intravenous infusion (10 minutes) TRH, liver bile secretion was significantly reduced.
