市政建设项目管理是市政施工企业对施工建设项目进行有效的掌握控制。主要有如下特征:(1)施工项目管理者是建筑施工企业,对施工项目全权负责;(2)施工项目管理的对象是项目;具有时间控制性,也就是施工项目的运作周期;(3)施工项目管理的内容是在一个长时间进行的有序过程中,根据阶段及要求的变化,管理内容也发生变化;(4)施工项目管理要求强化组织协调工作。结合多年从事市政工程项目管理的经验,从施工项目的招标,质量控制,过程成本管理等几方面总结市政施工项目管理的一些经验。
