大型铸锻件的质量控制直接关系到机械工业的发展水平。1992年下半年起,由清华大学、大连理工大学和东北重型机械学院共同承担的国家自然科学基金重点项目“大型铸锻件的模拟技术及质量控制研究”启动。在子项目“大型铸件的模拟技术及质量控制研究”中,预期研究考虑温度变化的铸造充型过程数值模拟,研究铸件缩孔缩松、裂纹形成机理及建立相应判据,以建立大型铸件三维凝固模拟分析工艺优化及质量控制系统。该项研究取得的创新成果主要有以下几个方面: 1.关于铸钢件缩孔的定量预测,在国内首次提出并建立了多热节定量预测铸钢件缩孔新方法。
The quality control of large castings and forgings directly relates to the level of development of the machinery industry. Since the second half of 1992, Tsinghua University, Dalian University of Technology and Northeast Heavy Machinery Institute jointly sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China “large castings and forgings simulation technology and quality control research” started. In the sub-project “Research on Simulation Technology and Quality Control of Large Castings”, it is expected to study the numerical simulation of casting filling process considering the temperature change, to study the mechanism of shrinkage cavity shrinkage and crack formation and to establish corresponding criteria to establish a three-dimensional Solidification Simulation Analysis Process Optimization and Quality Control System. The innovations made in this study mainly include the following aspects: 1. For the quantitative prediction of shrinkage of steel castings, a new method for quantitative prediction of shrinkage of steel castings is proposed and established for the first time in China.
