新疆的房地产业经过短短的3年发展期就提前进入调整期,这与我区经济发展水平相对于发达地区比较落后的现状和诸多制约因素有着密切的关系。这些制约因素应该引起我们高度的重视,如果这些问题解决的好,将会极大的推动我区房地产市场的结构调整,提升我区房地产开发水平,促进新一轮房地产增长期的早日到来。
Xinjiang’s real estate industry entered a period of adjustment ahead of schedule after a short period of three years, which is closely related to the status quo of economic development in our region and the relatively backward conditions in the developed areas and many other constraints. These constraints should arouse our great attention. If these problems are solved well, it will greatly promote the structural adjustment of the real estate market in our region, enhance the real estate development level in our region and promote the early arrival of a new round of real estate growth.
