CREATIVE公司以多媒体产品成为世界计算机多媒体技术的领导者,至今,其产品Sound Blaster在全球拥有5千多万用户,销量占全球电脑音频系统市场的70%左右。1996年,创新科技全球营业额达到15亿美元,1997年已突破20亿美元。 CREATIVE的中国市场份额在亚太区排名第三,而其产品主要为零售及消费类用户。那么,CREATIVE是如何构筑销售渠道的?北京创新未来的市场部经理袁有亮告诉记者,CREATIVE的产品渠道主要有两方面:其一是零售市场,主要通过总代理到二级代理再到最终用户。同时,创新在全国还设有50多家专卖店,由创新未来考核授权,并有严格规范的服务、价格体系,作为创新面对客户的一扇窗口。另一部分产品走的是OEM渠道,主要针对国际知名的IT厂商,如ACER、Intel、IBM
