人事档案是人才信息的重要载体,是人才的主要信息源,关系到每一个职工的切身利益。随着社会经济的发展,人事档案管理只有向科学化、制度化、规范化管理方向发展,才能适应当前改革需要。本文对事业单位人事档案管理的重要性及价值进行论述,探讨人事档案管理工作中存在的问题,总结出提高人事档案管理的具体措施。
Personnel files is an important carrier of talent information, is the main source of information on the vital interests of every worker. With the development of society and economy, personnel archives management can adapt to the needs of the current reform only if it is developed in a scientific, systematic and standardized management direction. This article discusses the importance and value of personnel files management in public institutions, probes into the existing problems in personnel file management, and summarizes the concrete measures to improve the personnel files management.
