随着我厂长江750型摩托车产量的增长,用落压工艺成形车斗已无法满足生产需要,必须采用效率较高的压延成形工艺。采用这种工艺通常需要制造一副钢质的大型压延模。这种钢质模具的浇铸和加工难度很大,制造周期很长,成本也很高,并且我厂尚无浇铸这种大型钢质模具的条件。 经有关单位的努力,我们制造出一副大型锌基合金车斗压延模。此模的上下模体均由锌基合金制成,模体总重约5吨多。制造和试用的结果表明,采用此合金制造大型压延模,不仅具有制造简便,加工周期短,而且可以将旧模材料加以重熔利用,从而降低了成本。

This steel mold casting and processing is very difficult, the manufacturing cycle is very long, the cost is also very high, and I have not yet cast plant this large steel mold conditions. After the efforts of the relevant units, we create a large-scale zinc-based alloy car rolling die. The upper and lower mold body are made of zinc-based alloy, the total body weight of about 5 tons. Manufacturing and trial results show that the use of this alloy to manufacture large-scale calender mold, not only has the manufacturing simple, short processing cycle, and can be used to re-use the old mold material, thus reducing costs.
