通过对汽车传动系统效率影响因素的分析,建立了传动系统各部件的功率损失模型,得出了传动系统效率的计算公式。在制定微型汽车传动系统效率试验标准的基础上,对某传动系统进行了试验测试。结果证明,通过理论模型得出的传动系统效率计算值与试验测试结果基本相符,在常用输入扭矩和输入转速范围内,其相对误差不大于6%。该理论模型为汽车传动系统的设计与优化提供了理论依据。
Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the efficiency of the automobile transmission system, the power loss model of each component of the transmission system is established, and the calculation formula of the transmission system efficiency is obtained. On the basis of formulating the efficiency test standard of the micro-car drive system, a certain transmission system was tested. The results show that the calculated value of the transmission system efficiency obtained by the theoretical model is in good agreement with the test results. The relative error is no more than 6% in the range of common input torque and input speed. The theoretical model provides the theoretical basis for the design and optimization of automotive transmission system.
