对可变径稳定器作了初步分析。指出井眼轨道控制系统执行机构设计的理论基础是井下控制机构设计学。针对可变径稳定器类执行机构 ,按照控制形式、控制信号和结构形式作了分类阐述 ,从控制论的观点给出两种控制形式的定义 ,总结出目前用于变径稳定器中的几种控制信号。对所介绍的 3种典型的变径稳定器的控制原理、结构特征作了分析比较。还对可变径稳定器的设计及今后的发展方向提出几点建议 ,认为应研制开发适合我国油田现场需求的机液型开环遥控和闭环自控变径稳定器 ,同时要加强对井下各种控制信号的理论研究
The variable diameter stabilizer made a preliminary analysis. It is pointed out that the theoretical basis of the design of the wellbore trajectory control system actuator is the design of downhole control mechanism. Aiming at the actuator of variable-diameter stabilizer, according to the control form, the control signal and the structure form, this paper classifies the definition of control form from two aspects of control theory and summarizes the current Control signal. The control principle and structural characteristics of the three kinds of typical adjustable stabilizer introduced are analyzed and compared. The design of variable-diameter stabilizer and the future development direction are also put forward some suggestions. It is suggested that liquid-based open-loop remote control and closed-loop controlled variable-diameter stabilizer suitable for the field needs of oilfield in our country should be developed.
