离心式挤出机是一种将离心力场应用于塑料加工行业的新型挤出机,具有显著的节能特性。主要介绍了离心式挤出机固体输送机理的理论研究、相关实验设备以及实验研究结果。实验结果表明:离心式挤出机固体输送压力的实验测量值和数值分析预测值吻合很好。这为离心式挤出机固体输送机理奠定了实验基础,同时也为离心式挤出机的优化设计提供了实验依据。
Centrifugal extruder is a new type of extruder that applies centrifugal field to plastic processing industry and has significant energy saving features. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical research of solid conveying mechanism of centrifugal extruder, related experimental equipment and experimental research results. The experimental results show that the experimental values of solid conveying pressure in centrifugal extruder are in good agreement with the numerical analysis. This laid the experimental foundation for the centrifugal extruder solid conveying mechanism and also provided the experimental basis for the optimization design of the centrifugal extruder.
