甲真菌病的正确诊断对其治疗具有重要意义,目前甲真菌病最常用诊断方法有直接镜检和培养,但因敏感性低、时间长等缺点不能满足临床的需求。近年来,不少学者把PCR应用于甲真菌病的诊断和菌种的鉴定。PCR技术具有快速、灵敏、所需样品量少等特点,为此,现将甲真菌病的PCR诊断中涉及的真菌DNA的提取、引物的设计以及目前应用较多的几种PCR方法进行综述。
The correct diagnosis of onychomycosis is of great significance for its treatment. At present, the most common diagnostic methods of onychomycosis are direct microscopic examination and culture, but the shortcomings of low sensitivity and long time can not meet the clinical needs. In recent years, many scholars put PCR used in the diagnosis of onychomycosis and identification of species. PCR technology is fast, sensitive and requires less sample. Therefore, the extraction of fungal DNA involved in PCR diagnosis of onychomycosis, the design of primers and the current application of several PCR methods are reviewed.
