目的:探究重视细节管理对提高胃肠外科临床护理质量的影响。方法:以绍兴第二医院胃肠外科2013年5月~2014年5月期间收治的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予常规的护理管理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上重视细节管理。比较分析两组患者临床护理质量与患者对护理的满意程度。结果:对照组患者的护理质量明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。且对照组患者的护理满意度明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:重视细节管理能够有效地提高胃肠外科临床护理质量,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the importance of attention to detail management in improving the quality of clinical nursing of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods: The patients admitted to Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, the Second Hospital of Shaoxing from May 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing management, and patients in the observation group were given attention to detail management on the basis of routine nursing. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical nursing quality and patient satisfaction with nursing. Results: The nursing quality of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Paying attention to detail management can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing in gastrointestinal surgery and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
