前言利用苏云金杆菌防治鳞翅目害虫,国内外已做了大量的工作,防效业已肯定[1,2,3,]。但对粘虫的毒效却仍停留在室内试验和田间小面积试验阶段[4,5,6,7,8,9,]。至今还未见到在大面积上进行田间试验的报导。这可能是由于一般认为细菌农药见效不如化学农药快,防治象粘虫这样的暴食性害虫,很难控制其对作物的为害。为了减少化学农药对麦粒的污染及对天敌昆虫的伤害,1980年我们在室内试验的基础上,在京郊二百多亩麦田上进行了田间防治试验,现将结果报导如下。
Preface The use of Bacillus thuringiensis lepidopteran pest control, both at home and abroad have done a lot of work, control has been affirmed [1,2,3]. However, the toxicity to armyworm remains in laboratory tests and field trials [4,5,6,7,8,9]. To date, there have been no reports of field trials on a large area. This may be due to the general belief that bacterial pesticides are not as effective as chemical pesticides and controlling over-fed pests such as armyworms, making it difficult to control their damage to crops. In order to reduce the pollution of chemical pesticides to wheat grains and the damage to natural enemy insects, we carried out field control experiments in 1980 on the basis of laboratory tests in the fields of 200 mu in the suburbs of Beijing. The results are reported as follows.
