40t液压起重机自动化程度高、操作方便灵活，但维修技术难度大，故障判断困难。我们经过多年使用和实践，总结出一些排除故障的办法，简述如下，仅供参考。故障概述：前不久我单位40t液压起重机吊钩起重量只能达到1.5t，相当于原设计能力的3％，该设备处于停用状态。原因分析：
