目的:研究苦荞种子中性提取物对链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病模型大鼠的影响。方法:通过高脂高糖饮食4周后35 mg/kg腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导2型糖尿病大鼠模型。将32只成模大鼠随机均分为模型组、二甲双胍组(156 mg/kg)、苦荞中性提取物(12.8 mg/kg,6.4 mg/kg)组,灌胃给药,每天2次,连续6周。检测大鼠每周体重、饮食、饮水量、尿量,空腹血糖值(FPG);给药6周后,检测大鼠血清胰岛素(INS)与糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);取大鼠胰腺组织,HE染色观察形态学变化。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠饮食、饮水、尿量、FPG、IR、INS、Hb Alc水平升高。与模型组比较,苦荞中性提取物组(12.8 mg/kg、6.4 mg/kg)大鼠饮食、饮水、尿量、FBG,FINS与Hb Alc水平降低。结论:苦荞种子中性提取物可防治由链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病。
Objective: To study the effect of neutral extract of buckwheat seeds on streptozotocin-induced type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Type 2 diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) at a dose of 35 mg / kg after 4 weeks of high-fat and high-sugar diet. The 32 model rats were randomly divided into model group, metformin group (156 mg / kg), tartary buckwheat neutral extract (12.8 mg / kg, 6.4 mg / kg) For 6 weeks. The body weight, diet, water intake, urine volume and fasting blood glucose (FPG) of rats were measured weekly. Results: Compared with the normal group, diet, water intake, urine output, FPG, IR, INS and Hb Alc levels in the model group increased. Compared with the model group, the levels of diet, drinking water, urine volume, FBG, FINS and Hb Alc in the tartary buckwheat neutral extract group (12.8 mg / kg, 6.4 mg / kg) were decreased. Conclusion: The neutral extract of buckwheat seeds can prevent type 2 diabetes induced by streptozotocin.
