目的观察金银花的体外抑菌作用。方法应用牛津杯法和试管2倍稀释法对不同菌株的敏感性及最小抑菌浓度测定法进行体外抑菌试验。结果金银花对上述细菌均有抑菌作用。金黄色葡萄球菌对金银花提取液有较强的敏感性,抑菌圈大于20 mm,大肠杆菌对金银花提取液中度敏感,铜绿假单胞菌对金银花提取液低度敏感。对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌,金银花提取物的MIC值为0.031 2 g/ml,而对绿脓杆菌其MIC值为0.125 g/ml。结论金银花提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌均有抑菌作用。
Objective To observe the antibacterial effect of honeysuckle in vitro. Methods The antibacterial activity of different strains and the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) were tested in vitro using the Oxford cup method and in vitro 2-fold dilution method. Results honeysuckle bacteriostatic effect on the above bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus extract has strong sensitivity to honeysuckle, inhibition zone greater than 20 mm, Escherichia coli Hastelloy extract sensitive, Pseudomonas aeruginosa low sensitivity to honeysuckle extract. The MIC value of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Honeysuckle extract was 0.031 2 g / ml, while for Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the MIC value was 0.125 g / ml. Conclusion Honeysuckle extract has antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
