采用GPC凝胶净化结合快速液相串联质谱法,建立了豆制品中乌洛托品含量检测方法。此方法线性范围为5~500μg/kg(r=0.998),检出限为5μg/kg,定量限为15μg/kg,乌洛托品在10、50、100μg/kg 3个浓度水平不同产品的添加回收率为90.0%~110.20%,RSD%<10%。
Using GPC gel purification combined with rapid liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, a method for determination of urotropine in soy products was established. The linear range of this method is 5 ~ 500μg / kg (r = 0.998), the detection limit is 5μg / kg, the limit of quantification is 15μg / kg, urotropin is at 10,50,100μg / kg The recoveries were 90.0% ~ 110.20% and RSD% <10%.
