系统相边界的精确测定 ,特别是复杂的金属系统相边界的测定较为困难 ,并要考虑其测定误差。热分析技术是测定金属固 -液系统相图的一种有效方法。铂 -银二组元金属系统就是较复杂的金属系统的一个典型例子。不仅二组分在固相部分互溶 ,而且在相图中还出现“转熔点”。本文中 ,以铂 -银系统为例 ,介绍了二组元金属系统热分析实验过程的计算机模拟 ,演示了如何从热分析实验得到该系统的相图 ,研制了相应的多媒体辅助教学课件 ,该课件具有真实、直观和普适性强等特点
The accurate determination of the phase boundary of the system, especially the determination of the phase boundary of the complex metal system, is difficult, and its measurement error must be considered. Thermal analysis is an effective method to determine the phase diagram of metal solid-liquid system. Platinum - silver two elemental metal system is a typical example of a more complex metal system. Not only are the two components miscible in the solid phase, but “melting point” also appears in the phase diagram. In this paper, taking the platinum-silver system as an example, the computer simulation of the thermal analysis of the two-component metal system is introduced. The phase diagram of the system is demonstrated from the thermal analysis experiment, and the corresponding multimedia-assisted teaching courseware is developed.
