An area of about 1.01 million square kilometers of the Sea of Japan, surrounded by Russia, Japan and the Korean Peninsula, is a closed sea, was originally a relatively “calm” sea. However, due to a plan announced by the U.S. Navy on March 22, the whole sea of Japan seems to have “exploded.” Originally, the U.S. Navy plans to deploy a missile defense system in the Sea of Japan by the end of this year. As part of the plan, the United States will deploy here first an “Aegis” missile with long-range missile capabilities here in September.
