基于文中提出的查表法,LED色度学参数可通过设计的硬件平台和软件编程自动准确测试。首先搭建的数据采集硬件平台,可测出LED器件光谱相对能量分布值。接着根据光谱相对能量分布曲线图计算出LED器件的三刺激值和色度坐标。最后根据查表法并结合LabVIEW编程计算出LED器件的主波长值和纯度。实验证明这种方法可高效测试出LED的色度学参数值,而且测试结果满足工业分选要求。
Based on the look-up table proposed in this paper, LED colorimetric parameters can be automatically and accurately tested through the designed hardware platform and software programming. First set up a data acquisition hardware platform that can measure the relative energy distribution of the LED device spectral value. The tristimulus values and chromaticity coordinates of the LED device are then calculated based on the spectral relative energy distribution curve. Finally, according to look-up table combined with LabVIEW programming to calculate the dominant wavelength and purity LED devices. Experiments show that this method can efficiently measure the colorimetric LED parameters, and the test results to meet the requirements of industrial sorting.
