目的论述建设医院药学服务网络平台的大胆尝试及面临的问题,为顺利实施和普及医院药学服务网络化提供参考。方法围绕以患者为中心的医院药学服务网络模式的开展,结合北京大学首钢医院目前开展的各项网络化服务,分析在实施中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了展望。结果医院药学服务网络化进程还处在起步阶段,要想真正实现其社会化价值及最终服务患者的目标,还需要制定相应的实践标准或绩效卡考评制度。结论医院药学服务网络化模式,向传统的“纸文明”提出了挑战,医院必须接受信息化的理念,创造条件使之付诸实施。
Objective To discuss the bold attempt and problems in the construction of hospital pharmacy service network platform and provide a reference for the smooth implementation and popularization of hospital pharmacy service network. Methods Based on the patient-centric hospital pharmacy service network model, combined with the network services currently being carried out by the Shougang Hospital of Peking University, the existing problems in the implementation were analyzed and the prospects for these problems were put forward. Results The hospital pharmacy service network process is still in its infancy, in order to truly achieve its social value and the ultimate goal of serving patients, but also need to develop appropriate practice standards or performance appraisal system. Conclusion The network model of hospital pharmacy service poses a challenge to the traditional “paper civilization”. The hospital must accept the concept of informationization and create the conditions for its implementation.
