In introducing French artist David Davit’s creation of the immortal masterpiece “Death of Malala” in 1793, the book reads: “A year later Napoleon launched the Maynard coup and overthrew Jacobin’s dictatorship.” (P. 139) In fact, it was not Napoleon who started the hot month of the 1994 coup but the hot month party, who were
