目的对经cytb基因序列分析证实的青南高原棘球绦虫新种—石渠棘球绦虫进行病原形态学观察,并与其他棘球属绦虫进行形态特征对比。方法收集藏狐肠道石渠棘球绦虫成虫,洋红染色后镜下观察其形态特征。高原鼠兔石渠棘球蚴病理组织用石蜡包埋切片PAS染色后作病理特征检验。成虫及脏器病理组织分别做cytb基因序列分析。结果青南高原发现的石渠棘球绦虫成虫虫体短小(1.2~1.8mm),典型发育的成虫头节、成节和孕节组成,节片数少;顶突钩易脱落,大钩长20.0~24.0μm,小钩长16.0~18.0μm;成虫虫体大小也是目前已知的棘球绦虫中最小的,头钩数18~36枚;生殖孔位置独特,开口于体侧成节前1/3~1/4处,孕节子宫中虫卵数少,孕节子宫不分支,呈袋状。石渠棘球蚴镜下特征性病理变化为:石渠棘球蚴为单房型,直径约10mm。囊内含有育囊,牢固附着在生发层上,内含大量原头节;未见子囊,囊的角质层较厚。主要病理变化为慢性增生性炎症。结论石渠棘球绦虫作为棘球属绦虫的新种在青南高原野生动物中被发现,扩大了对棘球属病原的研究范围。青南高原存在石渠棘球绦虫、多房棘球绦虫、细粒棘球绦虫3种棘球属绦虫;对青南高原石渠棘球绦虫进行的形态学观察,为研究该虫种形态特征、宿主生态分布类型,不同宿主间的循环机制及空间流行病学意义等奠定了基础。

Conclusion The new species of Echinococcus granulosus, as a new species of Echinococcus, was found in wild animals in the Qingnan Plateau, expanding the scope of the study on echinococcosis. There were three species of Echinococcus granulosus, Echinococcus multilocularis and Echinococcus granulosus in Qingnan Plateau.
