目的 总结北京市区属120院外急救质量管理实践经验.方法 回顾性分析北京市区属120在2012年1月-2014年12月间的出车量、投诉率及执行任务90 min超时率、执行救治任务2 min出车超时率.结果 北京市城区区属120执行任务90 min超时率及执行救治任务2 min出车超时率明显下降;全市区属120出车量逐年增加、投诉率逐年下降.结论 逐步完善的组织体系和制度建设是院外急救质量管理的重要保障,北京市区属120院外急救质量管理取得明显效果.“,”Objective To summarize the Pre-hospital emergency quality management of 120 affiliated with the district and county in Beijing. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the workload of Pre-hospital emergency, the rate of complaint, the 90-minute timeout rate of the mission and the 2-minute timeout rate of the start driving, during the period of 2012-2014. Results The 90-minute timeout rate of the mission and the 2-minute timeout rate of the start driving were markedly reduced,the workload of 120 affiliated with the district and county in Beijing increased year by year, the rate of complaint declined year by year. Conclusion The gradual improvement of the organization and system is an important guarantee for the quality management. The pre-hospital emergency quality management of 120 affiliated with the district and county in Beijing has obvious effect.
