从家门到校门再到机关门,他们是一群社会上所说的“三门干部”。80后、90后的身份、4年至7年的系统法学教育、较强的可塑性和思维活跃度,是他们的共性。他们虽然政治素质好,文化水平高,工作有激情、有朝气、有能力、有潜力,但却普遍存在缺乏基层锻炼的艰苦磨砺,有的眼界不开阔,宏观思考问题不够;有的工作办法不多,创新意识不强,工作思路不宽;有的化解矛盾的能力和解决实际问题的能力不高,对群众的诉求和社情民意了解不够。
