目的:探讨机器人辅助腹腔镜活体供肾切取术的安全性和可行性。方法:对2例亲属活体供肾者行机器人辅助腹腔镜活体供肾切取术。结果:术前机器人定位时间28min,平均手术时间80min,出血约50ml,热缺血时间3min。开放血流后,2例移植肾脏均在1 min内开始分泌尿液。2例受者术后1周内血肌酐均降至正常,无手术并发症,无排斥反应。2例供者术后复查肾功能正常,住院5~6d,无手术并发症。结论:机器人精细的解剖分离和高效的止血提高了术者手术技巧,机器人辅助腹腔镜活体供肾切取术安全可行。
Objective: To investigate the safety and feasibility of robot-assisted laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy. Methods: 2 cases of relatives live donor kidney robot assisted laparoscopic live donor excision. Results: Preoperative robot positioning time 28min, the average operation time 80min, bleeding about 50ml, warm ischemic time 3min. After the open blood flow, both of the 2 transplant kidneys began to excrete urine within 1 min. Serum creatinine was decreased to normal within 1 week after surgery in 2 patients, no complications and no rejection. Two cases of donor renal function after review, normal hospital stay 5 ~ 6d, no surgical complications. Conclusion: The fine anatomical separation of the robot and the efficient hemostasis improve the operation skills of the surgeon, and the robotic assisted laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy is safe and feasible.
