为解决黄河淤区苗木移植成活率低,职工劳动强度大的现实问题,对当前黄河堤防管理部门现有的多功能工程养护车进行升级改造,通过挖切驱动装置、挖树机具、控制系统的设计,成功研制了桶形铲刀苗木移植机具。该机具采用桶形球面环刀,土球的形成由桶形球面铲刀垂直直线下切和环刀摆动横切两步来完成,所需行程短,切土阻力小;土球形状是圆柱加半球,成球体积大。与人工移植相比,使用该机具不仅能提高移植工作效率,降低劳动强度,而且能有效保留树根周围的泥土,极大地提高苗木的移植成活率。
