压实是沥青混凝土路面施工的最后一道工序,而良好的路面质量最终也要通过实压来体现。压实的目的是提高沥青混合料的强度、稳定性以及抗疲劳特性。本文阐述了影响混合料压实质量的各种因素,通过各种不同型号的压实机械作业,使路面达到要求的密实度,形成平整、结实的结构层。除对压实机械的选择外,更重要的是各种压实机械的有效组合和合理的压实方法与质量控制。探讨了沥青混凝土路面的不同结构层和不同部位的压实方法及压实效果,以进一步提高沥青混凝土路面的压实质量。
Compaction is the last process of asphalt concrete pavement construction, and good road quality will eventually be reflected through the actual pressure. The purpose of compaction is to improve the strength, stability and anti-fatigue properties of asphalt mixtures. This article describes the various factors that affect the compaction quality of the compacts. Through various types of compaction machinery, the pavement meets the required densities to form a flat, solid structural layer. In addition to the selection of compaction machinery, more important is the efficient combination of various compaction machines and reasonable compaction methods and quality control. The compaction method and compaction effect of different structural layers and different parts of asphalt concrete pavement are discussed to further improve the compaction quality of asphalt concrete pavement.
