目前在技工院校实训课堂上,开始逐渐流行一种24人制小班教学。可以肯定是,这种小班制优点很多,学生人数小,便于课堂组织管理和实施,教学质量容易保证,教学成效比较明显。但从广大院校实际情况看,在教学资源配置上以及教学实施成本上,实行小班制依就困难重重。大班制教学就目前来说仍是主流,那么如何进行大班制教学,仍能起到接近小班制教学效果呢?本文根据多年来实训教学经验,谈谈作者见解。
Currently in the technical training courses in technical schools, began a popular 24-person small class teaching. To be sure, this small class has many advantages, a small number of students, easy to organize and implement classroom management, teaching quality is easy to ensure, the teaching effect is more obvious. However, according to the actual conditions of most colleges and universities, it is very difficult to implement the small-class system based on the allocation of teaching resources and the cost of teaching. At present, the teaching of large class system is still the mainstream, so how to carry out the teaching of large class can still play a role of teaching close to small class? Based on many years of practical teaching experience, we talk about the author’s opinions.
