硅低硫高的土鉄能不能炼成合格的鋼?从我們試驗的結果和各地的經驗証明,土鉄是完全能够炼成合格的鋼。我們所用的設备是原有的土轉爐和化鉄爐。轉爐是用油桶和鋼板做成爐腔是直筒形的,容量100公斤。爐衬全部采用白云石拌焦油料搗成。轉爐只有一排风口共四个,直径25公厘。采用风压700~800公厘水柱,风量8~10公尺~3/分。化鉄爐是小座爐也是用油桶做成,只有一个进风口,采用10个馬力,离心式鼓风机。化鉄爐沒有水冷和热风装置,爐衬因为原料关系,仍使用酸性。我們就在这种設备条件下,进行了半个月的試驗,終于炼出了合格的鋼。試驗結果表明,小轉爐全部采用土
