目的 :研制几丁糖万古霉素缓释放系统。方法 :几丁糖作为药物缓释载体是一种良好生物相容性的氨基多糖 ,通过分子间交联 ,溶剂蒸发 ,和模具分隔技术 ,制成药物的缓释放系统。同时测定几丁糖万古霉素DDS的抑菌作用。结果 :制备的几丁糖万古霉素DDS有效抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌 1 0d。结论 :几丁糖与万古霉素能有效结合 ,并能缓慢释放万古霉素 ,体外达到较持久的抑菌作用。
Objective: To develop chitosan vancomycin sustained release system. Methods: Chitosan as a drug carrier for sustained release is a kind of good biocompatible amino polysaccharide. Through the intermolecular cross-linking, solvent evaporation, and die separation technology, the sustained release system of the drug is made. Simultaneous determination of antibacterial activity of chitosan with vancomycin DDS. Results: The prepared chitosan vancomycin DDS effectively inhibited Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli 10d. Conclusion: Chitosan can effectively combine with vancomycin and release vancomycin slowly, and achieve longer lasting bacteriostasis in vitro.
