设计了一种基于双光纤布拉格光栅(Fiber Bragg Grating,FBG)结构的电流互感器,将光纤光栅分别粘贴在超磁致伸缩材料(GMM)和蒙乃尔(Monel)合金材料上。把FBG-GMM放在磁路系统中作为电流互感器传感探头,应用FBG-Monel作为解调元件和温度补偿装置,实现电流测量的同时实现了温度补偿。理论分析与实验结果表明该电流互感器电流可测范围为0.3~12.6A,系统传感灵敏度可达6.812×10-3 nm/A。该电流互感器成本低,结构简单,适用于小电流测量。 A current transformer based on a double fiber Bragg grating (FBG) structure was designed and the FBG was attached to GMM and Monel alloy respectively. The FBG-GMM on the magnetic circuit system as a current transformer sensing probe, the application FBG-Monel as a demodulation element and temperature compensation device to achieve the current measurement while achieving temperature compensation. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the current transformer current can range from 0.3 to 12.6A, and the sensitivity of the system can reach 6.812 × 10-3 nm / A. The current transformer low cost, simple structure, suitable for small current measurement.
