目的了解昆山市小学生健康知识水平现状,为加强学校健康教育和制定对策提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样,选取昆山市区6所中心小学1 090名学生进行问卷调查。结果小学生健康知识掌握情况有所不同,尤其在预防龋齿、用眼卫生及卡介苗预防的疾病知识方面较为欠缺,不同性别之间小学生健康知识情况存在一定的差异。结论小学生认知水平不容乐观,学校应重视健康教育工作,并且坚持常抓不懈。
Objective To understand the status of primary school students’ health knowledge in Kunshan and to provide scientific basis for strengthening school health education and formulating countermeasures. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1090 students from 6 central primary schools in Kunshan for questionnaire survey. Results Primary school students had different knowledge of health knowledge, especially in the prevention of dental caries, eye health and BCG disease prevention knowledge. There were some differences in health knowledge among pupils in different genders. Conclusions Primary school students’ cognitive level is not optimistic. Schools should attach importance to health education and persist in their perseverance.
