He-Ne激光已应用于皮肤科,治疗脱毛症,总有效率为80％。本实验利用He-Ne激光照射未出毛的大白鼠背部皮肤,观察毛及毛囊的生长情况,测定皮肤组织中总磷及DNA的含量,为探索治疗秃发患者和提高有价值的动物毛的产量提出实验根据。
He-Ne laser has been used in dermatology to treat alopecia with a total effective rate of 80%. In this experiment, He-Ne laser was used to irradiate the back skin of unhaired rats to observe the growth of hair and hair follicles, and to determine the content of total phosphorus and DNA in the skin tissue. This study explores the treatment of balding patients and improves the value of animal hair. Yield based on experimental basis.
