本文采用选择抑制剂技术,对法国罗斯科弗(Roscoff)近岸表层水中聚球藻Synechococcus spp.被异养微型浮游生物的摄食率进行了研究。实验表明,近岸表层水中聚球藻细胞生长系数(K)和被摄食系数(G)基本相当,分别为0.18~0.66 d~(-1)和0.09~0.98 d~(-1),呈动态平衡。结果显示两个特点:1.表层海水中聚球藻被摄食率呈昼夜变化,白天被摄食率高,夜间被摄食率低;2.海水中聚球藻细胞浓度(10~3个/cm~3)低于Landary等报道的摄食界限(60×10~3个/cm~3)一个数量级,仍有摄食现象发生。
In this paper, we investigated the feeding rate of Synechococcus spp. By heterotrophic micro-plankton in the surface waters of the coastal waters of Roscoff, France, using selective inhibitor technology. The results showed that the growth coefficient (K) and feeding coefficient (G) of Synechococcus sp. Were close to 0.18 ~ 0.66 d ~ (-1) and 0.09 ~ 0.98 d ~ (-1) balance.
