从县级图书馆员继续教育的动力和现实出发,提出将激励机制引进图书馆员继续教育管理,并对建立在激励机制上的馆员继续教育及其全面提高馆员素质,进行了较为粗浅的探索。继续教育的开展不一定为每个馆员所认识,但决策者必须从实际工作发展考虑,积极提高馆员的素质,从而认识其必要性。
Starting from the impetus and reality of continuing education at county level, the author puts forward the introduction of incentive mechanism into the continuing education management of librarians and carries out a relatively superficial education on librarians’ continuing education based on incentive mechanism and overall improvement of librarian quality Explore.
