目的 :了解脑脊液 (CSF)中LDH、HBDH、CPK、AST活性变化规律 ,探讨其活性变化的临床诊断意义。方法 :采用连续监测法分别检测 1 4 8例中枢神经系统疾病患者和 33例功能性神经症状患者 (对照组 )脑脊液中的LDH、HBDH、CPK、AST总活性。结果 :化脑、神经性疾病、脑外伤、脑肿瘤、脊髓压迫症、结脑与对照组比较CSF中LDH、HBDH、AST改变显著 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,CPK酶活力改变结脑无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,CPK酶活性对脊髓压迫症有显著的差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :脑脊液中上述酶活性的不同变化规律 ,可作为诊断或鉴别诊断中枢神经系统疾病的主要参考指标
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of LDH, HBDH, CPK and AST in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and to explore the clinical diagnostic significance of its activity. Methods: The total activities of LDH, HBDH, CPK and AST in cerebrospinal fluid of 148 patients with central nervous system diseases and 33 patients with functional neurological symptoms (control group) were detected by continuous monitoring method. Results: Compared with control group, LDH, HBDH and AST in brain, neurological disease, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, spinal cord compression, and tuberculous meningitis significantly changed (P <0.05 or P <0.01) CPK enzyme activity changes in tuberculous meningitis was not significantly different (P> 0.05), CPK enzyme activity of spinal cord compression were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: The different changes of the above enzyme activity in cerebrospinal fluid can be used as the main reference for diagnosis or differential diagnosis of central nervous system diseases
