目的了解济宁市新生儿疾病筛查情况,为新生儿筛查服务提供依据。方法对2015年济宁市新生儿疾病筛查中心通过串联质谱筛查的48 297例新生儿筛查结果进行分析。分析各地市区的疾病筛查结果。结果通过串联质谱筛查技术筛查新生儿48 297人,其中可疑人数769例,确诊41例,阳性预测值5.66%,发病率1/1178。各地市区筛查方法存在差异,各地市区通过串联质谱筛查的新生儿复查情况除3个地区外其他9个地市区复查率超过90%。结论需要进一步加强可疑新生儿的召回工作。
Objective To understand the screening of neonatal diseases in Jining and provide basis for newborn screening services. Methods The screening results of 48 297 newborns screened by tandem mass spectrometry in Jining Neonatal Disease Screening Center in 2015 were analyzed. Analysis of disease screening in urban areas. Results A total of 48 297 newborns were screened by tandem mass spectrometry, of which 769 were suspicious and 41 were diagnosed. The positive predictive value was 5.66% and the incidence rate was 1/1178. There are differences in screening methods in different urban areas. The screening rate of newborns in all urban areas through tandem mass spectrometry was over 90% in 9 other urban areas except 3 areas. Conclusion There is a need to further strengthen the recall of suspicious newborns.
