目的探讨晚期胃癌外周血细胞免疫水平的研究。方法51例晚期胃癌患者外周血CD+4、CD+8细胞与其外周血淋巴细胞经PHA┐P诱生IL┐2、IFNγ量之间相关分析;结果晚期胃癌患者IL┐2与IFNγ的产生量与CD+4、CD+8细胞数目无相关性,IL┐2与IFNγ之间亦无平行关系;而正常对照组(健康献血者)IL┐2量与CD+4细胞数呈正相关,与CD+8数呈负相关;IFNγ则与CD+4亦呈正相关,而与CD+8呈负相关;IL┐2与IFNγ量之间呈平行正相关;表明,晚期胃癌患者细胞免疫功能改变不仅单纯表现为CD+4、CD+8细胞数量改变,更重要的是机体CD+4细胞、CD+8细胞产生IL┐2及IFNγ量显著下降。结论检测机体外周血淋巴细胞产生IL┐2及IFNγ水平更能全面反应胃癌患者免疫功能真实状况,从而更有利于晚期胃癌患者综合治疗
Objective To investigate the level of peripheral blood cellular immunity in advanced gastric cancer. Methods The correlation analysis between IL-2 and IFNγ induced by PHA┐P in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 51 patients with advanced gastric cancer was performed. Results The levels of IL┐2 and IFNγ in patients with advanced gastric cancer were positively correlated with the levels of CD 4, CD 8 There was no correlation between IL-2 and IFNγ, while IL-2 in normal control group (healthy blood donors) was positively correlated with the number of CD + 4 cells and negatively correlated with CD + Positive correlation, and negative correlation with CD + 8; IL ┐ 2 and IFN γ showed a parallel positive correlation between; showed that the changes in cellular immune function in patients with advanced gastric cancer not only showed a change in the number of CD 4, CD 8 cells, more important is the body of CD 4 cells , CD + 8 cells produce IL-2 and IFNγ significantly decreased. Conclusion Detection of IL-2 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood lymphocytes of peripheral blood can more fully reflect the real status of immune function in patients with gastric cancer, which is more conducive to the comprehensive treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer
