河北省技术监督局为了加强对电力系统的计量工作监督管理,与河北省电力局计量办商定联合对河北省南网县电力局按照电力部计量执法检查要求进行计量执法抽查,同时还对各个县电能表检定装置进行测试。每个地区抽查2～3个县电力局,6个地区共抽查17个单位。主要从计量管理、标准装置、量传、制度、计量人员、台帐、环境条件及现场管理等逐项进行检查。
