目的探讨实时超声弹性成像及灰阶超声在甲状腺疾病诊断中的价值。方法 58例甲状腺疾病患者(97个甲状腺结节)进行实时弹性成像、灰阶超声检查,并与病理检查结果进行比较分析。结果灰阶超声检查良性80个,恶性17个;实时超声弹性成像检查良性73个,恶性24个;病理检查良性70个,恶性27个。实时超声弹性成像的符合率、敏感度均明显高于灰阶超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实时超声弹性成像与灰阶超声检查比较,具有更高的符合率及敏感度,能够为临床甲状腺结节诊断提供更好的依据。
Objective To investigate the value of real-time ultrasound elastography and gray-scale ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid disease. Methods Fifty-eight patients with thyroid disease (thyroid nodules) were examined by real-time elastography and gray-scale ultrasonography. The results were compared with the results of pathological examination. Results Gray scale ultrasonography was performed on 80 benign and 17 malignant cases. Real-time ultrasound elastography was performed on 73 benign and malignant tumors, and 70 benign and 27 malignant lesions. The coincidence rate and sensitivity of real-time ultrasound elastography were significantly higher than those of gray-scale ultrasonography, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with gray-scale ultrasonography, real-time ultrasound elastography has a higher coincidence rate and sensitivity, which can provide a better basis for clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
