晚熟3号青花菜是武汉亚非种业有限公司从日本引进的新品种。经武汉地区多年试种示范,该品种表现结球紧实、花蕾细粒、耐寒性强、产量高、抗病性好等特点,深受消费者和种植户欢迎,该品种已成为长江中下游地区青花菜越冬栽培的重点推荐品种。现将晚熟3号特征特性及主要栽培技术介绍如下。1特征特性晚熟品种,长江流域定植后130～150d采收;耐寒性好,结球紧实,半圆形,自覆性佳,遇低温不易变紫;花球青绿色,蕾中细,单球重500～800g,667m2产量800~1100kg。2栽培技术
