本文在锌冶炼浸出过程中采用中和沉淀法处理某厂高锗锌焙砂,重点考察了浸出液Fe/Ge摩耳比,温度及时间对除锗的影响;随着Fe/Ge 摩尔比的增加,上清液中锗的浓度降低;随着温度的增加,上清液中锗的浓度急剧增大,时间对除锗影响不大。
In the process of zinc smelting leaching, a high-germanium zinc calcine was treated by neutralization and precipitation method. The influence of Fe / Ge molar ratio, temperature and time of leaching solution on the removal of germanium was investigated. With the increase of Fe / Ge molar ratio , The concentration of germanium in the supernatant decreased; with the increase of temperature, the concentration of germanium in the supernatant increased sharply, and the time had little effect on the removal of germanium.
