目的研究藏药阿夏塞尔郡(打箭菊)中的化学成分,为阐明其药效物质及作用机制奠定基础。方法采用正相硅胶、反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等现代色谱技术对打箭菊药材甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,综合运用质谱(MS)及核磁共振光谱(1H-NMR、13C NMR)等现代波谱学方法和技术对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从阿夏塞尔郡的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分离得到14个黄酮类化合物:苜蓿素(tricin,1)、4,-甲氧基-苜蓿素(4,-methoxy-tricin,2)、洋芹素(apiolin,3)、木犀草素(luteolin,4)、槲皮素(quercetin,5)、甲氧基寿菊素(axillarin,6)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,7)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(apiolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,8)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯(apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronic acid methyl ester,9)、槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,10)、6-羟基-木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6-hydroxy-luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,11)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside aid,12)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(scopoletin-7-O-β-D-glucoside aid,13)、金圣草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucoside aid,14)。结论化合物8~14均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents in Mount d’Assisi (Apocynaceae) in order to elucidate its pharmacodynamic substances and mechanism of action. METHODS: The methanol extract of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata was isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel, reverse phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and other modern chromatographic techniques. MS and NMR spectroscopy (1H-NMR, 13C NMR) The structure and structure of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods and techniques. Results Fourteen flavonoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction of Assisi County: tricin (1), 4, -methoxy-tricin (2 ), Apiolin (3), luteolin (4), quercetin (5), axillarin (6), luteolin-7-O- Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (7), apiolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronic acid methyl ester (9), quercetin-3 -O-β-D-glucoside, 10), 6-hydroxy-luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide (12), celeryin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide scopoletin-7-O-β-D-glucoside aid, 13) and chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucoside aid (14). Conclusion Compounds 8-14 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
