[目的]了解汾河二库水体现阶段的富营养状况。[方法]通过检测水体的透明度、总氮、总磷、叶绿素-A、藻细胞密度等指标,并通过计算水质营养状态指数(TSI)对其富营养化作出综合评价。[结果]汾河二库枯水期和平水期水样透明度都低于GHZBI-1999《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅳ类标准;枯水期TN含量高于平水期,但均低于GB3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅳ类标准;枯水期和平水期TP含量低于GB3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅳ类标准;水样中叶绿素-a含量都未超过GHZBI-1999《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅳ类标准;TSI(SD)、TSI(TP)都大于50,TSI(chla)小于50;藻细胞总数在枯水期达到5.9×105个/L,明显多于平水期藻细胞总数(2.5×104个/L)。[结论]汾河二库尚未形成富营养化状态。
[Objective] To understand the eutrophication status of Fenhe second reservoir water at this stage. [Method] The indexes of water transparency, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, chlorophyll-A and algal cell density were measured and their eutrophication was evaluated comprehensively by calculating TSI. [Result] The water quality transparency of Fenhe second dry and flat water during the two reservoirs were both lower than the standard of Ⅳ in GHZBI-1999 Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard. The TN content of dry season was higher than that of flat water but lower than that of GB3838-2002 Water environment quality standards “category Ⅳ standard; dry season and flat water TP content is lower than GB3838-2002” surface water environment quality standards “in the Class Ⅳ standard; chlorophyll-a content in water samples did not exceed GHZBI-1999” surface (TSI), TSI (TP)> 50 and TSI (chla) less than 50 respectively. The total number of algae cells reached 5.9 × 105 cells / L in the dry season, which was significantly higher than that in the flat water stage The total number of cells (2.5 × 104 cells / L). [Conclusion] The Fenhe second reservoir has not formed eutrophication state yet.
