设计了新型KTP电光偏转器,当通光口径D=4mm、长度L=40mm时,其时间分辨率为180ps,从而可获得最窄宽度为400ps的整形激光脉冲,而相同结构的LiNbO3电光偏转器最窄只可获得宽度为830ps的整形激光脉冲,分析了电光偏转器设计中影响其性能指标的因素,指出利用恒温炉装置可消除激光脉冲在传播过程中的波面畸变。
A novel KTP electrooptic deflector was designed. The time resolution of 180ps was obtained when the aperture of D = 4mm and the length of L = 40mm, so that the shaping laser pulse with the narrowest width of 400ps could be obtained. However, the LiNbO3 electrooptic deflector with the same structure The narrowest pulse width is only 830ps. The factors affecting the performance of the electro-optic deflector are analyzed. It is pointed out that the use of a constant temperature furnace can eliminate the wavefront distortion during laser pulse propagation.
