阅读,是教师专业成长的必然要求,是达到合格、走向优秀、实现卓越的必由之路。从成长轨迹看,教师该如何阅读?本文笔者提出,教师阅读应走三步曲:学科阅读——教育阅读——开放阅读。
Reading is a necessary requirement for the professional growth of teachers and is the only way to achieve excellence, achieve excellence and achieve excellence. From the growth trajectory, how to read the teacher? The author proposed that teachers should take three steps to read: Subject Reading - Education Reading - Open Reading.
