针对高炉大量使用碱金属含量高、含TiO_2的低价外矿导致炉渣流动性恶化的问题,研究碱金属和TiO_2对高炉渣流动性的影响。结果表明,随着TiO_2含量增加,炉渣黏度升高;碱金属含量增加,炉渣黏度降低;二元碱度对炉渣黏度和熔化性温度影响较大。含TiO_2的低价外矿的使用比例不宜超过30%;当炉渣TiO_2含量3.2%、碱金属含量0.86%、二元碱度1.05、Mg O含量10.46%时,炉渣具有良好的流动性。
In view of the fact that a large amount of high alkali metal content and low-cost outer ore containing TiO 2 led to deterioration of slag fluidity in the blast furnace, the influence of alkali metals and TiO 2 on the fluidity of blast furnace slag was studied. The results show that as the content of TiO 2 increases, the viscosity of slag increases; the content of alkali metal increases, the viscosity of slag decreases; Binary Alkalinity has a great influence on the viscosity and melting temperature of slag. The ratio of low-cost foreign ore containing TiO 2 should not exceed 30%. When slag TiO 2 content 3.2%, alkali metal content 0.86%, binary basicity 1.05, MgO content 10.46%, the slag has good fluidity.
