目前,基于管道与泵机组间耦合状态分析的管道泄漏诊断方法研究较少。在对管道输送设备进行综合监测的基础上,基于负压波原理,提出了一种基于管道与泵机组状态耦合分析的泄漏监测方法,该方法主要包括了基于逻辑推理的管道压力异常捕捉算法、管道相关设备实时状态识别,以及基于耦合状态分析的管道泄漏判别。现场应用结果证明,该方法提高了对管道小泄漏的检测能力,可以有效排除因泵机组状态异常导致的管道泄漏误报警,降低了管道检漏误报警率,提高了监测效率,为保证管道输送系统的稳定性提供了一种新方法和思路。
At present, there are few researches on pipeline leakage diagnosis based on coupling state analysis between pipeline and pump unit. Based on the comprehensive monitoring of pipeline transportation equipment, based on the theory of negative pressure wave, a leakage monitoring method based on state coupling analysis of pipeline and pump unit is proposed.
