几年来,茂名石化公司炼油厂认真贯彻落实国务院《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》和中国石化总公司机动工作会议精神,对生产设备实行综合管理,改革检修周期,保证设备正常安全运转,为企业创效益做出了显著成绩。 总公司“八五”计划纲要中提出,各企业要通过加强设备管理,提高检修质量,使主要生产装置逐步过渡到二年一次大检修。这给我们企业指出了继装置实现全面达标后,进一步依靠内涵,积极挖潜增效再上一个台阶的努力方向,也给我们设备管理工作提出了更高的要求。几年来,我厂在深化改革、转换企业经营机制、探索机动管理工作如何适应社会主义市场经济需要
